Meet Dr. Seth Barron

The Road to Chiropractic

Dr. Barron (or Doc, as his patients call him), always knew he wanted to go into the sciences, so he studied health and exercise science as an undergrad at Gettysburg College. While there, a local chiropractor lectured in one of his classes, and Doc was intrigued—although he had been under chiropractic care since he was 14, he had never before realized the scope of what chiropractic could accomplish. An avid “tinkerer” who was always working on cars and other projects, he loved the idea of helping people by using his hands.
EXPLORE OUR SERVICES

Doc received his chiropractic training at Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly New York Chiropractic College), graduating with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2002. He has advanced training in the following:

  • Sports chiropractic
He is also certified in Webster Technique and NIMMO® Technique.

Evolving Perspective

Doc worked in sports medicine/rehab and personal injury clinics for the first three years of his career. In 2005, he opened Barron Chiropractic & Wellness Center Inc. so he could focus on family care with an emphasis on prevention and wellness for patients from newborns through the elderly. His late wife Jodi was instrumental in helping Doc build his family-centered practice.

In 2022, the practice moved to a new, larger office to better accommodate Doc’s patients and the services he offers (and those he plans on offering in the future).

After over 20 years in practice, Doc is still fascinated by the human body and its ability to heal when the nervous system works optimally. He’s passionate about helping people address their health holistically, including exercise, diet and lifestyle choices.

Away From the Practice

When he’s not at work, Doc loves spending time with his three amazing kids, playing outside, boating and skiing.

And he still enjoys tinkering with his Mustang convertible.
